Nope — all plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time with 30 days notice.
That's normal for small businesses. If you consistently exceed your plan's limit, we'll discuss upgrading. One-off busy months won't trigger automatic changes.
QuickBooks Online management is included in all plans. You'll need your own QBO subscription (~$35–$90/mo depending on your plan), but I handle all the setup and ongoing management.
If you're behind on your books, I'll assess how many months need to be cleaned up and provide a flat-rate quote. Most catch-up projects start at $150 per month of history. Once complete, we transition to a monthly plan.
